What should I do if my contact details change after ordering?
Identify which contact detail changed rather than requesting an unspecified account update. Do not alter another person's information without the appropriate authority.
What should I clarify when I need a purchase by a particular date?
Keep any specific timing confirmation with the purchase record. Check whether several parts of the order follow different timelines.
What should I check if only part of an order has been provided?
Retain any response confirming what is still outstanding. Confirm whether your own required action is preventing the next stage.
